"Good updates, just a little slow once"
Overall, the communication was good. I got the order emails and tracking info without having to go looking for anything, which was nice. There was one point where support took a bit longer to get back to me than I expected, but they did answer clearly once they replied. I’d probably use them again.

"Legit club, no stress"
Grabbed a wedge from Rock Bottom Golf everything was on point. It showed up brand new, packaging looked legit, serial number checked out, and there were zero weird vibes. I was kinda skeptical since the price was way cheaper than other spots, but nah, it’s the real deal. Already played a few rounds with it and I’m loving it. Would definitely order from them again.

"Used Wedge Was Kinda Just Okay"
I ordered a used wedge from rockbottomgolf.com and, I mean, the shipping was totally fine and everything showed up without any issue. But the club itself was, you know, a little rougher than I was expecting based on the listing. It’s still playable, so it’s not like it was a total loss or anything, but there were definitely more scratches and general wear than what I thought I was getting. Overall, it was alright, I guess, not terrible, but not really great either.

"Refund was quick and painless"
I accidentally ordered the wrong item, totally my fault, and I was expecting the return to be a whole thing, like waiting forever, sending extra emails, digging up order numbers, dealing with confusing instructions, all of that. But Rock Bottom Golf made it easy. Once they received the return, they processed the refund fast and there wasn’t any annoying back-and-forth or weird delays.

The money was back on my card within a few days, which surprised me. Customer service was polite, the steps were clear, the return was simple, the refund showed up like it was supposed to, and I didn’t have to chase anyone down. I’d definitely order from them again.

I got my order from rockbottomgolf.com and everything was exactly what I picked out. Right club, right size, and all the golf balls were in the box too. I’m not sure why, but I half expected something to be missing or mixed up, so when it all showed up correctly I was a little confused in a good way. Simple experience overall, and I definitely appreciate not having to deal with any issues

I ordered a used fairway wood from Rock Bottom Golf last week, and it was listed as being in very good condition. When it showed up a few days later, I checked it over right away the rating was spot on. It had a few normal marks like you’d expect from a used club, but nothing that bothered me at all. The grip still felt solid too, which was a nice bonus. Shipping was smooth, the price was fair, and after this experience, I’d definitely buy used clubs from them again.

I picked up a few clubs and some golf balls here, and the prices were definitely better than what I usually see at my local shop. Shipping was okay too, nothing amazing but it got here without any issues. The selection was decent, though I did have to look around a bit to find exactly what I wanted.
